The Road and Traffic Education Centre is the result of years of hard work by Tony Williams has produced a One Stop Shop for all types of Driver Education in NZ.
We have some of the highest road toll rates in the industrialised countries, although it is said that the road toll is coming down when driver deaths are monitored, especially for young drivers, a different story emerges.
The RTEC is based at Ardmore Airport and has completed its first multi function building which contains 50 and 10 seat lecture rooms with the latest facilities, offices, large reception area and all amenities, as we increase these facilities we hope over the next 2 years to turn the RTEC into a place of excellence for all types of driver education, driver training and community road safety initiatives.
Although the Centre is primarily aimed at providing driver education and training for drivers of all ages, and has the ability to provide large flat areas that has many uses.We are now able to offer training courses for people who are looking for employment in the transport industry by using the Centre as an adult training facility.
Bookings are essential. You don’t have to wait for dates, spaces or other people to clear area.
